Guests at have their own TV sitting room with family games, books and WiFi  available or can seek the tranquillity of the Drawing room. 

Breakfast to your requirements, is served in the wood panelled dining room.

The double bedroom with king bed has adjacent private bathroom with bath and shower.
The family room has a large en-suite bath and shower.
The twin/single room has an en-suite shower. 
All have TV’s, tea/coffee making facilities, hair dryers, robes, and are maintained to the highest of standards and convenience.

The Summer house can be used to sit and read and enjoy the gardens, which open under the Scotland’s Gardens Scheme for snowdrops in early Spring and then for daffodils.  Children love playing ball games and hide and seek on the extensive lawns with their mature trees or taking the marked trails through our woods.

There is plenty of safe parking.
